Groundwork is a space for people who want to slow down and take a moment for themselves - to slow down and connect to their body. With the trees and fields just outside our doorstep, my massage studio is the perfect place to take a break.
Here, you’ll receive massages and breathwork seassions with genuine attention and presence. Through bodywork, I invite you to connect with the soft, truthful layer that is always within you.
The starting point is you. That's why an appointment always starts with a short intake. Together we will check in how you and your body are doing, so I can attune the massage specifically to you.

The massages are offered through a holistic approach — slowing down, tuning in, inviting the body’s natural healing capacity to unfold.
Using grounding pressure, gentle contact, and rhythmic pulsing, I invite your awareness inward — towards sensation, softness, and release. Guided by ancient techniques and my intuition, each session takes its own shape.

In a world that moves at a high pace, moments of self-care are essential. It's so helpful to create time during which we don't 'need to' do anything. Where we can simply receive and be mindful with ourselves. Groundwork came into being from the intention to create such a place for others.
Massage and attuned touch are a wonderful way to connect to ourselves. When I am giving massages, I move into stillness together with the person lying on my table. Based on solid techniques and guided by my intuition, the sessions take shape.
And when we allow the world and ourselves to fall silent, we create space to feel ourselves. The pains in our dear body; the areas where we hold tension and where we have become less present. In my practice I invite people to be curious about these signals. What is your body trying to tell you?
When you walk into my space at Groundwork you are more than a body that needs a massage. To me you are a person and a body with its own experiences, memories and feelings. And all of it is welcome.
