Feeling free from within
You want change. Not because there is something wrong with you, but because the way things are do not fit you any longer. I offer guidance in moments when something is ready to shift, with patience, honesty, and curiosity.
Together, we explore what has been holding you back. Where you might have been subconsciously holding back or adjusting. And that's where we begin to create space, through guided breathwork and emotional bodywork. The breath helps to open up new space. That space then naturally finds its way into your everyday life.
This is the magic of working with the body and the breath. You don’t have to talk yourself into new behavior or force change. We work with your whole system, both conscious and subconscious. After a session, these layers continue to communicate, finding a new balance in their own time. You can support this process by resting, slowing down, and taking care of yourself.

Saying yes to life and yourself
Feeling free from the inside out — so your authentic core can emerge
Our ability to adapt is immense. A beautiful quality, also one that sometimes gets stuck in time. By connecting to your body and your honest needs, you come into direct contact with your own authenticity. You, your body and the full spectrum of your emotions. We meet where in your body this feels unfamiliar or vulnerable. And through meeting that tension, more space can open up. Making room for the version of you who can simply be themselves, without holding back.
Remembering that you are not alone — because everyone needs support
We’re not meant to do everything on our own. And yet, when we’ve been disappointed or hurt, it can feel like the safest option. Over time, though, it becomes lonely and exhausting. Through the body and your breath, you'll be invited to reconnect with the support that is also available. And explore the possibility that it might be safe to receive it. Through this practice, independence can become a choice, rather than a survival strategy.
Allowing pain and loss — because they also hold the key to joy
All emotions are welcome. That is the starting point. What is present in you right now matters, and is given space — the whole spectrum. Joy, grief, playfulness, frustration. We often have less patience with the heavier emotions, carrying them with us for a long time, unprocessed and unfelt. In a session, we gently connect to these places, allowing what has been supressed to be met with care.
Why start?
Six years ago, I hit a figurative wall. I was living a fast, outwardly “successful” life, until a small incident opened the door to a deep and unexpected grief. It shook me enough to realise: I had been avoiding something for a long time, and it was now asking to be seen.
What followed was a shift from living mostly in my head to learning how to feel, something we are not often taught or supported in. Our bodies and our perception are such intelligent instruments. When we rely only on thinking and logic, life's like playing a guitar with just one string. It works, but it lacks depth and richness.
Many of the patterns that keep us stuck in ways that no longer serve us, were formed early in life. When parts of us weren’t welcome, especially during our formative years, we learned to suppress them. That strategy once kept us safe. But in adulthood, there often comes a moment when we sense: this no longer fits; it’s limiting me.
So what happens then? Our old ways are so familiar that talking about it alone often isn’t enough. The body and nervous system don’t need to be convinced, they need to experience that another way is possible. In my one-on-one sessions, I create space for exactly that: an embodied experience of something new.

Practical
1. Touching base
A session always begins with a short coaching conversation. We take time to explore your question or intention, and to see what is alive in you at that moment. You’ll be invited to notice this not only in words, but also in your body, gathering information we take with us into the session. After this conversation, you’ll lie down on a mattress, where the active part of the session begins.
2. Going inwards, choosing curiosity
Lying on the mattress, I guide you into your breath and the felt experience of your body. I often work with a technique known as connected breathing, where the natural pause between the inhale and exhale is gently softened or removed. This allows you to come into very direct contact with your body and emotions. I support this process through verbal guidance, steady presence, and touch.
3. Integration
We then move into an integration phase. A period of rest and relaxation in which you and your body are given time to absorb and settle what has been set in motion, both physically and emotionally.
Working with me
Breathwork and Emotiony bodywork can be a wonderful way to open a deeper connection with yourself. At Groundwork it's about building a deeper connection with your body and being curiosity about what it has to tell you.
My guidance is rooted in the present moment, both feet on the ground and welcoming anything that comes up with openness.
During the session, I support you in exploring the essence of who you are and invite you to open doors to parts of you that may have gone into hiding. Without rushing through anything, we'll be following the pace of your body.
