The massage you undergo is not intended to diagnose and/or treat 'medical conditions' such as illness, acute or chronic complaints. In case of doubt about a condition or injury, a massage treatment can be waived and you will be referred to a treating physician/specialist or therapist. The massage can take place with the permission of the treating doctor/therapist.

If you are being treated by a doctor, specialist, therapist, if you are taking medication or if you are pregnant, it is wise to discuss this with your practitioner to see if you can be massaged.

The client is responsible for the information they provide to the practitioner during the intake interview so that the massage can be performed safely.

The practitioner cannot be held liable for negative results, whether or not due to incorrect information or concealment of injuries or illness.

You may view the practitioner's diplomas and certificates at any time on request.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse clients, especially those who are under the influence of alcohol, mind-altering drugs or otherwise

The practitioner cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of personal belongings of the client.

The practitioner only works on appointment. Sometimes spots open up last minute. In that case you can book your appointment online.

You can cancel or change an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment free of charge.

If you cancel within 24 hours before the appointment, I will charge an amount of 50%. In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount will be charged. You will receive an invoice for this afterwards.

Payment takes place after completion of the massage via digital payment or cash.

All personal and medical information you share with the practitioner will be treated strictly confidential.

Erotic massages are not offered by the practitioner. Clients who make suggestive comments or show inappropriate behavior are immediately requested to leave the space.
